Goal:
Develop precise foot placement to establish movement efficiency.
Description:
Shuffle through ladder with one foot in and one foot out. Stick your inside foot in the ladder then back out, before sticking it again in the next ladder. Keep knees and arms pumping the entire time.
Routine:
