Goal:
Increase hand replacement speed, coordination and body weight control.
Drill Description:
Go through multiple ladder sets on hands. Try to do different variations.
Routine:
3 sets | 2-3 ladders
Goal:
Develop good feet and pad level for offensive linemen
Drill Description:
Place cones 5 yards apart. Explode off stomach and into position with feet constantly moving. Must tap each cone.
Routine:
3 sets | 5 - 8 reps before burst

Multiple punch drills with medicine ball while moving feet.
