Joe Mixon, Cincinnati Bengals agree to 4-year extension worth $48 million. Mixon tweeted a picture of himself with members of the Bengals' front office Tuesday before he joined the rest of the team for practice.
Mixon, 24, had been absent from practice recently as he suffered from migraines, according to Bengals coach Zac Taylor.

Joseph Tyler Mixon is an American football running back for the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League. He played college football at Oklahoma, and was drafted by the Bengals in the second round of the 2017 NFL Draft.
The team was reportedly anticipating a holdout by the young star back if they couldn’t “agree to a long-term deal.” That fear by fans grew last week when Mixon was suddenly absent from practicesand not on the sidelines. He missed Sunday’s scrimmage, though he was in attendance.
"It's good to see him around," Taylor said, via the Bengals' official website. "He's always got great energy. It reminds me of last training camp during the pre-season games when he wasn't getting a lot of carries and he was right there next to me. But he's always upbeat and he's got great energy."
