20 MINUTE FULL BODY WORKOUT (NO EQUIPMENT)
Here is a great home workout that you can do while the gyms are closed. This full body workout does not require any equipment, but yet has all all of the effectiveness of a great workout. This workout consists of jumping jacks, steam engines, body squats, burpees, supermans, jump rope, arm circles, calf raises, ankle taps, glute bridges, pushups, toe touches, planks and flutter kicks.
