Explosive Pool Workouts For Speed and Power w/ Coach John Walker

PlayMaker Network visited with Coach John Walker as he took his group of athletes, which include San Diego Chargers linebacker Denzel Perryman and NFL Free Jeremy McNichols, for an explosion pool workout. You can do these pool workouts in any body of water - the key is allowing for the water to serve as natural resistance as you execute explosive movements in the water. Pool workouts are great for speed training without putting a lot of strain on your muscles or joints.
